I tried but its a bit glitchy for me expecily if i play with mouse accelaration. It feels when rj or stickie jump, that > locks < on and doesn't let me strafe properly. Also, i don't have fps...

Define "smooth"? Input locks may be caused by the -high parameter, in most cases it's not a good idea to use it.

The mouse latency sounds like Vsync. If you play in windowed mode it's forced on. See if it's enabled in your settings and try playing in fullscreen mode.

Dont use mouseacceleration Does this happen in local servers too? if not then it might be loss/choke in small ammounts
